Come and join me on this virtual cupcake class and together we will measure, bake, create and decorate our very own box of cupcakes!
I will share tips and tricks with you as we bake together. As well as information on the three different piping tips & different techniques that we will be using in the class to decorate our cupcakes with, you will also learn how to use the piping tips to create flawless finishes.
If you would like to be part of a fun, friendly and educational class that will teach you how to bake and finish cupcakes to a professional standard – whilst having a great time, then this is the one for you!
PLEASE NOTE: in order to take part in this class, you will need the following items:
EQUIPMENT:
- 12 hole cupcake box (optional)
- Cupcake cases
- 3 x piping bags
- 3 x piping nozzles (Wilton 1M 4B & 125)
- Sprinkles (optional)
- Cupcake baking tray
- Mixing Bowl & electric mixer (preferable, but can be done by hand if not with a mixing bowl and wooden spoon or hand mixer)
INGREDIENTS:
- 120gms self raising flour
- 120gms unsalted butter
- 120gms caster sugar
- 120gms eggs (approx 2 eggs)
- Vanilla extract
- 250gms salted butter
- 500gms icing sugar
- Gel food colouring of your choice (rainbow dust and colour splash are what I use)
The class will be held via zoom and details with the link will be sent once your payment has been received.
Upon completion of this class, you will also receive a free recipe sheet so that you can create these cupcakes again and again!
