Order details:
All orders are taken on a first come and first serve basis and are not secure unless payment is received in full.
If ordering a bespoke or custom made item it is the customers responsibility to make the baker aware of any dietary requirements or allergies at the time of order.
Placing your order:
Once you have placed your order and payment is received in full, we will turn away all other customer enquires, and due to this, bookings made with us are non refundable and non transferable unless otherwise agreed with the baker prior to the order being taken.
Shipping:
For all stock items purchased via the website, we aim to ship these the next working day and will use Royal Mail Tracked 24 to ensure your bakes arrive as fresh as possible. It is the customers responsibility to ensure storage instructions for each item are followed to maintain freshness and we will not be held responsible for any breakages in transit.
Collection:
If you select collection when purchasing through the website you must ensure you are free to collect your baked items within 2 days of placing your order as we do not have capacity to store items alongside other orders.
Returns:
Due to food hygiene reasons we unfortunately can not accept returns for any baked items.
Virtual Cake Classes:
Bookings are final and we are unable to offer refunds for non-attendance. If you are unable to attend the class, please contact us in advance. In extenuating circumstances and should our schedule allow we may be able to offer a different date, however this is at our discretion and not guaranteed so it is advisable to make sure you are free for your booked session.
